Imagine institutions allowed people to contribute their unique talents, capacities and experiences to solving problems.

We are leading the charge from Africa. We understand the responsibility. And we can see the path to richer participation in addressing the challenges we all face.

At Neith, we:

+Support meaningful engagement with the people impacted by decisions.

+Help people become co-creators of solutions that impact them.

+Facilitate new forms of participation that amplify connection.

+Design technologies that support collaborative problem solving.

Richard Human is the co-founder and CTO of Neith. An experienced software engineer,
he is bringing Neith’s vision to life through technology. Richard has a long career
building complex software systems in areas like renewable energy and education. He
leads the development of the Neith platform, transforming the ideals of participatory
governance into secure, practical tools.

Karen Willenberg is the founder and CEO of Neith, a company building digital
infrastructure for participatory decision making. After more than two decades as a
regulatory lawyer, she saw the gap – participatory governance has long been an ideal,
but the practical means of achieving it at scale have been missing. Neith exists to give
institutions the capacity to understand, not just collect, the contributions of the people
they serve.
